We are using icomplete.com CRM to track and manage our sales leads.
The icomplete CRM system was there before I joined the company but I can see why it was chosen. It is very easy to use and user friendly and I was up and running using it in no time.
The task management system allows me to co-ordinate what happens in the sales office. I can set tasks and reminders to ensure the smooth running of the office. It enables me and the team to track activity and meet deadlines. We also use the calendar to set reminders to help keep us all organised. We can set up email or pop up reminders to alert us when something is due to be actioned.
I like the tasks – the fact as a Manager I am the only person in my team who can change all the tags/responsibilities is very good otherwise it could go horribly wrong!
We have recently had introduced a customised sales report which is very quick to see – this is a great help. We can track product sales on a monthly basis.
I find the online and telephone support excellent – cannot fault it.
icomplete.com is very easy to use. It has everything you would want in a CRM. It is the best I’ve used.
