Quicklearn works with companies and individuals to help them improve in the way they communicate. We deliver this through coaching and carefully tailored workshops and well as through online bite sized training modules.

As our customer base has grown I tried a number of different databases and email systems, trying to keep in touch with everyone at a personal level. After all we are communication specialists.

What it means to us

With icomplete I can work remotely, keep all the team up to date with customer information where ever they are based and give them the ability to read my email and calendar at the same time. What’s more the emarketing function gives me everything and more from all those different systems I tried.

Email campaigns and newsletters are just a breeze and I know who opens what and any click-throughs are automatically recorded on the customer record. I especially love being able to add photographs to names which makes first meetings so much more friendly.

The best part of all this is the extraordinary Customer Service and aftercare I receive. Nothing is too much trouble and if I forget how to use a part of it I can access a real person in minutes and have a one to one tutorial on the screen whenever it’s needed.
