Who uses icomplete?

icomplete is aimed at small-micro sized businesses (up to 20 employees) in the professional, health and beauty and trade industries. It is ideal for the field workers or professionals who are out and about as it provides PC, Mac and Mobile access it is virtually your mobile office in your back pocket.

 

What is icomplete?

icomplete is a 'complete business suite of online applications (services) and telecoms that you sign up for and access from our website. Our vision is to provide our customers with the most comprehensive set of applications and telecoms services that are easy to use, will save you time as well as upgrade your image.

   

How do I get started?

You can start by simply clicking on the icomplete package and add ons you are interested in and filling in some basic information to set up an account. We ask for your email address, a password and a verification code to prevent spammers from using the services. Once you read and agree to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy you will receive an email asking to verify your account. You can start using the service immediately.

   

What is your data protection and storage?

Is my data secured?

Many people ask us this question. And rightly so; icomplete has invested a lot of time and money to ensure that your information is secure and private. In fact your data is more secure than walking around with it on a laptop or even on your corporate desktops.

   

What does it cost?

icomplete offers a variety of plans to suit your individual needs for both business and personal use. The phone plan is £5 per line per month which gives you cheap calls over the internet (VoIP), as well as one number to manage your calls wherever you are. It gives you call log history so you know usage and call costs instantly. The Business plan is £12 per month and provides you with Customer Database (CRM), Share calendars, Task Management and automatic reminders via SMS and Email to keep you organised. The Complete plan is £15 per month and combines telecoms and software together so you and your team can get voicemail in your email, record calls if you need to, keep track of you and your teams communication and productivity in one central place. The personal plan is £57 per year and is made up of software so you can keep manage your availability and keep organised. You can add friends and family to this plan for just £30 a year so everyone keeps in touch with each other – great when you are planning events – the perfect organiser you can use on PC, Mac or mobile!

Are there any compatibility requirements?

We aim to ensure that moving over your existing data is easy and accessing existing documents via the icomplete application could not be simpler.

   

Can I import Microsoft office documents?

icomplete support all the office formats including .doc, .xls and .ppt you can use both.

While working with icomplete applications online you can take advantage of online collaboration with others and the mobility and accessibility that icomplete provides; while working offline, you can still use your MS Office tools should you wish to do so.

 

Can icomplete be used on different platforms?

Yes icomplete enables your current cell phone to receive text phone base application services. If you have a iphone, smart phone or PDA you will have access to more advanced features.

   

Can I become a partner?

Yes. icomplete has a partner program and we are looking for experienced people from around the world who share a vision of enabling users to use online services.

 
 

Does icomplete support multiple languages?

Not at present but we are working towards a multiple language application.
